Members present – Carol Rutherford (#36), Candace Pollock (#59), and Rick Busman (#71).

3.0   ELECTION OF OFFICERS – Motion by Grossman, seconded by Ray, to elect Diana Busman President. Motion passes. Board agrees to keep all other officer positions as is (Rutherford Vice President, Ray Treasurer, Grossman Secretary) with Rugar remaining director at large.

4.0   FUTURE BOARD MEETING / ADJOURNMENT – 11/16/04 at 6:00 p.m. at 71 Glen Lake Drive.
