June 2013

Dear Homeowners and Residents of The Glen,

Thank you so much for your cooperation and patience with the road and gate projects.  As I look at the Glen, I am pleased with how much pride of ownership it shows.  It is a pleasure to live in such a well maintained and visually aesthetic environment.

We thank you also for picking up your new gate remotes, compliments of our HOA.  If you were unable to pick yours up, please contact our Property Manager, Etna Monsalve, ( ) or her phone 831.758.2855 .  She will instruct you where to pick up your gate remote.

In order to maintain the quality and esthetics of The Glen we do need your further cooperation with the following:

Please remember not to feed the wildlife, including the birds.  We seem to be having a problem with Crows awakening residents early in the morning with their morning calls.

Please also remember to keep your dogs on a leash and off the grass.  The gardeners are working on improving the appearance of our lawns.  Unfortunately, when a dog urinates on the grass it burns it causing yellow spots.  Your help and cooperation is appreciated.

The newly instated separation of the dog walking from the Glen Heights Neighborhood has been a positive improvement.  Their appears to be less of a dog poop problem in our neighborhood,   We will continue to not walk our dogs on Glen Heights property and their dogs will not be walked on ours.   Thank you for abiding with this request.  It will remain in effect.

Thank you all for picking up after your dogs.

Our Lake Chairperson, Lynn Bomberger and her co-chair, Rick Murai, will be treating the lake for the algae in the very near future.

A couple of neighborhood events are scheduled.  They are:
The annual Neighborhood Garage Sale-Sept. 7th from 8:00a.m. - Noon.
The annual 4th of July Barbeque.
More details on both events will follow at a later date.

Please know your Board in cooperation with all of our wonderful residents strive to create a safe, healthy, peaceful and aesthetically beautiful environment that can be enjoyed by all who live here.

Sincerely,
Your Board of Directors
